But you can't have too much top C, or the fRes will be pushed down. 
Presumably, you want decent voltage, so the C can't be too big, either. 
If Cpri is 0.01 uF (10,000pF), and you want 10 times the voltage out(a 
few hundred kV, assuming you are running Vpri at 30kV), you need 
Csec<100 pF.  (Vsec/Vpri = sqrt(Cpri/Csec), since the energy stored in 
Cpri eventually winds up in Csec)
