It's where the Deaf & Blind building is now. If you are on the  E<->W street 
immediately South of that building, you'll find a (pretty  small) memorial. It 
used to be the size of one of those "Arapaho National Park"  signs. I have a 
picture of that (somewhere) that I'll try to find and scan in  for ya.
