[TCML] Parabolic dishes for top load

Hi Jim,

Ignoring the 7500kva typo, I would probably lend towards a standard
toroid. I have no clue about the curvatures of the discs, so I'm
assuming they are similar in shape to any other dish in a parabolic
shape. You could certainly use them as the inner surface, but really
nothing is gained using them for inserts (compared to a simple disc
insert). There might be mechanical reasons why you might want to use
these for inserts, but no reason from a C aspect.

Take care,
Bart
