[TCML] Largest arc attainable?

Big Marx banks are better suited for this job than big tesla transformers.
I do not know what is the largest (longest) artificial lightning man has
ever created but check this one out:
There is no limit as concerns making even bigger sparks,except old good
story about money limit issues.
