[TCML] FILAMENT TRANSFORMER

I have successfully made several filament transformers for VTTCs by cutting
the high voltage secondary out of a MOT and taking out the shunts and
winding a low voltage secondary. On the large MOTs (microwave oven
transformer) one full turn equals about one volt AC.
