[TCML] Halloween Safety

I know alot of you are gearing up for that one night where you can 
really make your coil shine. Be sure everyone practices safe and follows 
proper procedures. Not only do you want to protect the viewers of your 
make shift mad scientist lab, but you also need to protect yourself. 
Sometimes people get wrapped up in the attention that they forget simple 
things like cutting power!!! Be safe, and happy Halloween!
