[TCML] Has anyone tried these?

One of them, the small one in the middle, looks just like the Dongan 
transformers I bought off ebay some time ago. They were 8/27 single end 
grounded, and work about like an ignition transformer (10/23)
The 10/400 they make sure would be a nice one to have!
