[TCML] data sheets for JAVATC

I have developed a pair of data sheets for JAVATC.

These assist in the gathering of data in a concise form that makes it easy
for entry into JAVATC.  It makes most coil designs, small or large, very
easy.
My typical total design process with JAVATC and these datasheets is 20 - 25
minutes.
