[TCML] large DC coil power supply

At our shop, we have "Big Betha" (high current CB injection set up to
20kA @ 3.5V).
The power supply weighs about 2,500lbs, and the CT/CIbusbar assembly weighs
another 1,500lbs.  Load it into shop dual axle trailers all the time
(with the help
of a folktruck (of course).
