I had a look at your drawings, and a glance at the patent drawings. I 
think I understand what you are doing .

By inserting the flux concentrating plate between the 2 primary´s, you 
create a step down transformer, where the flux concentration plate is a 
one turn secondary.

Doesn´t that make your proposed magnifier a 4 coil system?
