[TCML] primary voltage

Bigger the coil bigger the primary and wire dia
employed. 13M magnifier coil primary tank used to 
be charged  to aprox 80 kV when the power level
input was the highest (120 kVA).
I don't know for sure if that is the highest
primary voltage people have ever used though.
