[TCML] TC Application

  Chris,

This kinda deviates from optimum TC practice, as well tuned coils tend
to make very little NOx or O3. To design a system that makes lotsa NOx
runs counter to good TC practice.

I suspect that the system would work better with very high current, and
just enough voltage to make an arc. Certainly, I have observed that
Jacob's Ladders, when run in a glass tube, will make visible quantities
of orange NOx in short order.
