[TCML] power supply wanted

For experiments in electro spinning (something in nano technology), a
college classroom instructor would like to purchase a regulated power supply
that can output around 2Ma at 5Kv to 10Kv DC with low ripple. It can be an
old outfit. They have ordered a power supply, but it will take a month to
make available. So they would like to get some experiments going while they
