[TCML] Copper Foil Primary Connections

Theory is that a ribbon has more surface area, thus providing a
lower-impedence pathway for the RF energy component. 8-gauge audio
'monster cable' works just fine for medium-sized systems. My big coil uses
#4 welding cable in the primary RF loop.

I have a small <300 watt coil that uses thin brass ribbon, mainly because
a found a huge roll of it surplus, and has that 'old-world' look. But
that's really more from aesthetics rather than engineering...
