[TCML] De-Qing diode

Thanks for the help guys,

Moral of the story is that I need to make 2 more diodes just to be on the safe side (current wise).
I either had a choice to parallel or series the two I already made, so since I am putting them in series, I need to more to put in parallel.
But once again thanks for the help.

OK. Certainly the voltage on the switched end of the inductor rises
to twice the supply voltages [losses neglected] and the cathode of the
diode is hooked to the output capacitor charged to twice supply voltage
with respect to ground. When the switched end of the inductor is at
ground the reverse voltage across the diode will be the capacitor
voltage which is indeed twice the supply voltage.

I've never understand where the 'De-Quing notion came from because
there's no Q involved.
