[TCML] Tuning a Tesla Coil with an Oscilloscope

Hi All,

I got an old O-scope earlier this week and want to try to find the resonant
frequency of my coils with it.
What methods do you guys use? I know of one that involves using a signal
generator to tune in the coils res freq with the O-scope probe hanging near
the secondary.
Only problem I have with that, is I cant figure out how to read off the
scope when I've reached res freq..
Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?
