[TCML] Tuning a Tesla Coil with an Oscilloscope

I developed a digital tuner for coils.  I will email you a copy off list.
It uses only 8 parts and is very easy to build.  Accurately tunes both small
and large coil by adjusting the distance of antenna to coil.
