[TCML] IGBT?

In the same UPS mentioned with the circuit breakers i also found a couple IGBTs that from the specs look like they could be useful to me for a sidac board, they are only 600V but i can work with that.

At a casual glance do you guys see any glaring issues with using these? If the coil where very small?
