One other source that I came acr oss that may be of interest to you is a book entitled Tesla Coil Design by Mich Tilbury.  In he provides links to some design tools using PSPICE software.  I am not an electronics engineer so it seems pretty heavy on the theory and I am new to coiling so it is hard for me to assess how good this is compared to some of the other sources suggested.
