[TCML] Plasma tube video

When I was active in the neon sign business , at times we would get  units that would  exhibit similar  behavior  off the bombing table, but they would be 'normal' after a time  after  aging .            Not sure why.  > Date: Sun, 15 Apr 2012 11:29:16 -0400
