[TCML] secondary coil form

Wound dry, then multi-coats of Minwax marine spar 
varnish after winding. IIRC, I used a vari-speed drill
chucked on a 1/2" dia. length of all-thread, onto which 
the coil's end caps were affixed to. Adjusted drill motor
speed with a variac.
