	Where PURE (technical definition) water is
	used or insulators (eg the 1 MV DC Line
	that (helps) power my neighborhood...) it means
	99.9999 (++) % pure.

	What comes out any tap is a long way from that.
	'technically pure' water immediately starts
	dissolving away 'stuff' from all but the most
	carefully designed pipes, to say nothing of
	Sundry Chemistry added to town water for
	health reasons.

	I do not mean to start an argument, simply to
	suggest why 'pure' (distilled, deionized)
	water might make an interesting experiment.
	(and even there, once 'opened' they rapidly
	become 'less pure' unless Very Carefully
	handled...
