Yes, JLN reported it on his web site and he also has videos of this
experiment
on his web site.  He also put the skirt in a box below the cylinders to
block
any ion wind.  The skirt lifted very well.  As far as I can tell the main
lifter force is not from ion wind and not due to antigravity.
