Some silicones are heat cure.  They do not cure for weeks at room
temperature but cure in a few hours at say 80C.  There are many electronic
potting compounds like that, but they usually need to be kept cold.  There
are also two part curing types.  Unfortunately, these silicones are pretty
pricey.

You can call them for a local rep and they often sell to private parties in
small quantities.  Dow has silicones for practically every use.  But again,
it is not cheap especially when it needs to be shipped in dry ice and such.
