It's called the "Mini-Twin" and I have a downloadable write up on it as
published in the TCBA newsletter (not the best paper I've ever written
but OK for the limited amount of space I had to work with). The link is

I believe the small bi-polar coil in the teslathon2000 folder was
actually made
by a gentleman from southern california named Brian Basura?
