I check for "T4000E-3" on 
http://las.perkinelmer.com/content/onesource/searchAppNotes.html but no 
result found???
High pressure sodium lamp use a kind of serial trigger 1usec pulse at 
4kv the unit is in a 1" by 3" can, may be this could help.
