laser update

We're working on getting the lasers.  They were actually supposedly 30mW,
class IIIb, non-ir filtered DPSS lasers, and as such, the company in China
couldn't guarantee that US customs wouldn't confiscate them, leaving us
high and dry.  So, we are rethinking our options.  Something WILL come
though, just not through our original channel, probably NOT 30mW,  and at
an as-yet undertermined time.  Hopefully it will be within the next week
or two, but I'll let you know of any further developments.
