There is a color code system. However, it seems to depend on the
manufacturer. :(

BTW, you were not going to use them as solid state step-up transformers,
were you? Toroids will be totally enclosed inside the winding and the
heat has a hard time coming out from the core. Toroids are usually not
the choise for SMPSU cores becouse of the heat problem. E-cores and
cores like that will convect the heat to air more easily.
