You must be joking! #64 wire would be 0.000194" in dia. even #46 (1.5mil)
would be to small to wind without a machine. Let's see though, 20" dia. 48"
long, 73300 turns Fself=427 Hz 
BTW to find wire diameter size in inches, try 0.3252*exp(-0.116*ga#).
