Colorado Plastics in Boulder, CO sells it, and will ship it too (I asked
them a while back).  I don't have their number, but it can be gotten with
(303)555-1212 :-)

As for machining G-10, use carbide tools
as the fiberglass matrix is harder than steel and dulls steel blades
quickly.
