You can not connect to different voltage transformers in parallel.  A
difference of 1.5K is too much difference.  You have connected 2 different
voltage and current transformers in SERIES.  It seems to work fine.  Your
output voltage should be about 16.5K and the current will be something
between 20 ma and 30 ma.
