Hi Jim, the HVlist is owned and run by Steven Roys, it is devoted to High 
Voltage other than Tesla coils. If you would like to join the HVlist send 
an e-mail to Steve at: sroys-at-anchorage.ab.umd.edu requesting to be added to 
the list. There is also a WEB site that functions as the High voltage 
list's archive. It's URL is:
