Hi Rod,
          Here is the peak output you expect with no breakout, and k 
set at 1:

Lsec approx r^2.n^2/(9r+10h) = 58mH
For fr = 87kHz this gives Cs(tot) = 58pF

Putting it together: Vo = 18,000V x SQRT(0.187uF/58pF) = 1MV approx.

In reality, with k set to 0.25 say, you'd probably get around 2/3 of
that.
