Yikes!!  You're right.  No one else caught that mistake yet.  I meant to
write .009uF.  Also, not all 12kV/30ma neons will be able to handle the
.009uF since it seems that neons, even of the same specs, vary in output
strength.

Sorry about the confusion, and thanks for pointing this out.
