Ed,

Thermalloy sells it, as well as GC Electronics (used to be General
Cement). Allied Electronics carries GC's version - but be forewarned the
stuff ain't cheap. A 5 gram kit runs about $18. It's on page 859 of
Allied's 956 Engineering and Purchasing Manual, part number 796-9850.
Allied Electronics is at 1-800-433-5700.

There's a lot of other companies that make the stuff - you might be able
to talk a rep out of an "evaluation sample" by checking with your local
electronics suppliers/distributors.
