I'm one of the guilty parties using Netscape and hitting return to
truncate line length. I did this because I thought that if I let my
lines wrap around on their own, it might cause the difficulty you've
been describing with >70 column posts. This post is in the way of a test
and especially an apology to the list if I have been causing reading
difficulties.
