The real impact of this experiment is that a Faraday screen effectively 
blocks electrometer detection of a negatively charged Teflon wiggle 
wand.  This indicates the TC mechanism of electrostatic charging of 
distant bodies is separate and apart from conventional electrostatic 
behavior.
