Long time since I posted that, but I still have the original 4 litre
container.  
SUNISO
REFRIGERATION OIL
3GS
I did have the specs for this oil, but cannot lay my hands on it right now,
but the insulation & dielectric properties were excellent.
I have used this oil for all my stacked plate caps without any breakdowns,
and it seems to increase the predicted capacitance by a factor of 2 (which I
can't explain).
I found that building the stacked plate with the plates vertical gave the
best results, as you do not need to use a vac pump to remove air.  I also
assemble the unit wet using aluminium litho printing plates and .1"
polystyrene sheet (not expanded foam).
