I will do a test next time I am coiling. I will simply measure the 
distance a spark can jump between the top of the primary and a 
certain distance up the secondary coil with two primaries wound with 
opposite handedness. I haven't found any need to phase them in a 
resonant setup. Quite different if k around 0.9 or so.
