They're mentioned in that PDF file that I posted in the bibliography on the
last page as

 BREIT, G., TUVE, M. A., and DAHL, 0. Physics Rev. 35 (1930)  51.

Probably a pretty hard periodical to find these days unless it's on
microfiche somewhere.
