Hi, looks great if it works, I'll try a test.
The application is a flat-plate primary capacitor, I've 'blown' my first 
two test capacitors which were rolled-up types - due to short-cuts, 
laziness and impatience. This time I'm going to try 3mm PE sheets and 
oil.  bye ... Sulaiman
