  Sorry to hear about your headaches. Are Tesla coils giving you the headaches? 

  Try the following Wheeler equation.

  uh = r^2 x n^2 / ((9 x r) + (10 x l))

  38200 = (3 x 3)^2 x (789.895)^2 / ((9 x 3) + (10 x 12))
