NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

energy is power times time, not power per unit of time.

joules=watt seconds      watts=joules per second

My 9000 joule capacitors could be discharged at a rate of one watt for 9000
seconds, or 9000 watts for 1 second, or if used as designed, 6,000,000,000
watts for 1.5 microseconds.
For power magnification, I could charge them at 1 watt for 9000 seconds and
then discharge them to get 6 billion watts, but not for long.
