You're so right - ingesting PCB is a very bad thing.  But there is also a
serious problem if should happen to burn.  If I recall correctly, the fire's
chemical reaction will release Dioxin into the air. - another bad thing.
 I've removed all PCB-filled components from our facilities due to the danger
in case of fire. 

But of course, this worry only applies to this situation if  Visconol
contains PCB... and so far, it isn't on any of my lists.  Maybe it's OK.
