Subject: Poly Caps

G'Day,

Richard Quick states in one of his documents:

"The best dielectric for homemade Tesla capacitors
	is low density polyethylene plastic."

Now my plastic supplier has easier access to "high density" P/E.

1. Is this better / same / inferior for pulse cap construction ?

2. Is the dielectric constant the same (ie. stated 2.2 but use 2.0 for home
caps) ?

Many Thanks,

Mark
