Re: omniplex tesla coil



I remember this too.  I had gone 2 or 3 times when it was as you specified.
It had a cute little yellow light on top that meant it was ready to fire :-)

I went once and it was not there.  Even in my younger age of 10 that was my
favorite thing to watch.  When I went at the age of 12, not seeing it in
sight,
I never returned until last Sunday.

For all who live in the OK area, you should go see the coil if your building
one.

I was contacted by Bill Wysock off the list; the coil is Bill's famous Model
5, circa
1975.  Still runs like a beauty though!

PS to Kevin, I almost thought about stopping by and bugging you to run your
coil :-)
