You didn't mention where you live so I can't tell you exactly who to call in
"your area".  A good source would be surplus houses like Fair Radio Sales,
Lima, OH,  or C&H Sales Co., Pasadena, CA.  They will ship it UPS to where
ever you live.

The secondary coil is the longer coil and is placed in the center of the
primary coil.  Primary coil should be a flat spiral.  Secondary coil should
have a height/diameter ratio of 4.5:1 for efficient operation.  Number of
turns of the primary depend on the size of your capacitor which of course
depends on size of your transformer.

Spend some time reading the Tesla archives files at pupman-dot-com.  They
contain a lot of information that will help you out.
