    The Von Werner Heise article is available at Terry's site

mentioned.  I wish to thank Stone for making it possible to share this
wonderful article with everyone on the list.  He stayed up many nights
reading, correcting, and translating the many very technical pages so
that Von Werner Heise's intended meaning could be conveyed correctly.
I hope that everyone on the list will appreciate Stone's great effort
as much as I do.  I made a lot of typos while typing in some of the
words and equations.  Stone caught most of them.  If anyone finds any
more typos please e-mail me off list so that they can be amended.
