Hi All,
         I think Mark Barton's 10kVA coil, which ran at 40kVA pulse-peak (%25
duty)
probably beats that, as it gave about 48" in 10kVA CW mode, so probably gave
much more in pulse mode.  
This coil was build qute some time ago and is now defunct, for details see Alan
Sharp's site.
