Hmm.  I was staring at my meter when I ran the testbed, and it came
up to 30hz, dead on.  I checked it on the mains, and it gave me
60hz.  I'm using a single diode from an AC leg to ground, so I'm
chopping off the negative half of the wave.  I'll double-check, may
have had something wrong there, but I'm positive the meter was
reading 30hz.  *shrug*  Asides from that, I'm a simple MIS, a Unix
Admin.  EE isn't my speciality.
